Thread Repair
Our stub welding capability enables OFS to remove damaged parts from the collar and restore its original length utilizing the capability of our highly qualified welders and specialized welding equipment.
With our high specification CNC machinery and highly qualified technicians OFS are specialized in repairing all types of drilling tools, including Non Mag Drill Collars.
OFS have advanced multi axis machines spanning from 3 to 5 axis which enable the manufacturing of complex parts and tools with high accuracy. Holding stock of materials allows us to manufacture these parts with a quick turnaround time
Holding API licence 7-1 and the capability of our CNC machines enable OFS to repair and machine various types of threads, including API threads.
